CURRENT STATUS

1.      Resignation letters have come to us and we are working on them.

2.      The same will be accepted after

a.      They complete the entire pending work

b.      They cure the defects that occurred in their working in the capacity of their respective positions as the Office Bearers

c.      They hand over charge to us.

3.      Immediately after they handover charge to us of the entire records and property as per Bye-Laws of the society, we will call for the GB meeting and handover all the resignations including ours to the GB and things will go in accordance with society’s laws thereafter.

 

PROPOSED WAY FORWARD

1.      Till the above process is completed, we will go for co-option and fill up the vacancies and run the show peacefully as it is required by the system i.e. MCS Act 1960, MCS Rules, 1961 and Adopted Bye-law of the Society.
